Ethics Violations

All complaints concerning the professional conduct of a candidate, certificate holder or Affiliate of the American Board of Criminalistics must be submitted in writing to the ABC Registrar at:

The letter must state the ABC Rule of Professional Conduct that has been violated and must clearly state how it was violated.

The Registrar acknowledges receipt of the letter of complaint by Registered Mail to the complainant (that individual or organization by whom a complaint has been made concerning professional conduct) within five business days of receipt.
